These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the websites, applications, and other products and services — including SMS/text messaging services, event communications, donation coordination, ministry outreach, and various other communication services (collectively, our “Services”) — provided by United Sacrament Mobile Int. (“the Organization,” “we,” or “us”), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
2.7 How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNITED SACRAMENT MOBILE INT. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you in connection with the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Sacrament Mobile Int. and its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

Our Services, including SMS communications, are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

These Terms and your use of our Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
16. Non-Profit Disclosure
United Sacrament Mobile Int. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 88-4224026). All Services are provided in furtherance of our non-profit mission. No information collected through our Services is used for private commercial gain or sold for purposes unrelated to our organizational mission.
Donations made through our Services are subject to applicable IRS regulations governing charitable contributions. Donors are responsible for determining the tax deductibility of their contributions.
